In-House Benefits Program
For those who don’t use dental insurance or are looking for an alternative to expensive dental insurance, read about our unique In-House Benefits Program. It’s a plan designed to reward good preventative care and provide necessary treatment at an affordable rate – all for a low annual fee of less than $20/month. Payment Plans
As a courtesy, for any out of pocket amount over $400,we are willing to accept 50% of the amount due for the date of service and spread the remaining 50% over the following 2 months. There is no fee or interest charged as long as all payments are received on time.
Dental Insurance
In order to maintain quality of care and our preferred protocols Dr. Ulm is not contracted as a preferred provider with any carriers. However, as a courtesy we are happy to bill and accept payment from any carrier which allows for out of network benefits. In our experience, most carriers do, and many pay just as well out of network as they do in-network.
